Sand screws are hydraulically driven with automatic speed control. Hydraulically driven Mission type suction centrifugal pump & discharge centrifugal pump. Liquid additive pumps with hydraulic speed controls. Dry additive systems with hydraulic speed controls. Sand screws with hydraulic speed controls. Hurricane style tub top drive driven with hydraulics. Included in hydraulic system will be a hydraulic reservoir, hydraulic cooler, hydraulic filters, relief and control valves and all necessary hoses and fittings.

Blending Tub Tubulator is built for long life and for high volume jobs. Tubulator design breaks the incoming fluids and spreads it across entire tub to create smooth tub level. It also enhances the mixing of proppants, liquid additive chemicals, and dry additive chemicals. Better control of proppant concentrations and adjustments. Automatic tub leveling is accomplished with an electronic eye.

The unit will have varying numbers of liquid and dry additive systems depending on your requirements. The
dry additive hoppers are made from stainless for smooth flowing and the liquid additive pumps are of top
quality Magnetic pick-ups will be used for flow analysis. This unit is capable of automatically controlling the
chemical per 1000 gallons of clean fluid. It is capable of pre-programming up to nine stages of information
and will automatically deliver the chemical per the stage menu. In addition the unit can be operated remotely
from a PC as each stage is run. It may be re-programmed to produce an unlimited number of stages.

Various sizes of sand screws to meet your requirements may be substituted. This unit is capable of controlling and monitoring the sand delivery (denisity) of the blender. It is capable of pre-programming up to nine stages for starting density, ending density, stage volume, and proppant weight and can be run remotely from a PC as each stage is run. It may be re-programmed to produce an unlimited number of stages.Step or ramps may be programmed in any combination desired. It is capable of using actual density in or will calculate the density from clean/dirty inputs, clean screws or dirty screws. This system is 100% front panel programmable for all functional capabilities eliminating the need to ever enter the system. It is -40F up to 130F temperature rated and is fully sealed to the environment.
