SKID Offshore single piece skid design. Skid has a surrounding cage and environmental drip pan to hold fluids in the event of leakage.
ENGINE • CAT, Cummins, John Deere, or engine of your choice
• Flywheel adaptation for a hydraulic gear box
• Mounted on a steel channel skid
CENTRIFUGALS The fluid handling system includes three centrifugals one (1) Mission Magnum 3 x 4 to provide mix water, one (1) 4 x 5 Mission Magnum recirculation centrifugal pump, and one (1) 4 x 5 Mission Magnum for pressurizing the down hole pumps.
STAINLESS STEEL CIRCULATING CEMENT MIXING TUB WITH AUTOMATIC DENSITY CONTROL SYSTEM
The system is designed for the following operating performance:
Density Ranges: 6 to 22 lbs/gal
Mixing Rates: 0 to 14 bpm
Details of the CCM are as follows:
Mix water is supplied to the mixing chamber from a hydraulically driven mix water centrifugal pump.
The CCM system uses a control valve educator system with an inlet where by cement is blown into the unit via a 5” piping to produce highly consistent cement slurries. The mixing chamber has the ability to re-circulate slurry during periods of low mix rate operation or as a method of adjusting mixing energy and maintaining uniform slurry.
The cement slurry exits the Cement Mixing Chamber directly into CCM mixing tub.
Rubber 90 and an aluminum pipe will be furnished to take dust away from the unit and down to the ground.
One (1) 6 BBL capacity mixing tub with two compartments or larger if needed
5 H.P. hydraulic agitators with shaft and paddle in each compartment.
Micro Motion F Series 3” Densitometer – Non Radioactive will be installed in the recirculation line.
A 2” wash down hose port will be installed that will TEE from the mix water line with a ball valve.
