NITROGEN PUMPING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

• The completed unit will consist of two separate systems with the operation console in the center.
• The nitrogen pumping system will consist of the following engine, hydraulic system, liquid nitrogen triplex pump, nitrogen boost pump, water bath vaporizer, after cooler heating system, hydraulic heating system, coolant circulating pump, and all necessary valves and controls for normal operations.
  
  

FLUID PUMPING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

• The unit is comprised of a high-pressure pumping system, engine, automatic transmission, triplex pump, all required controls and instrumentation for normal operation.
• The fluid handling system includes two displacement 20 barrel total capacity, 10 barrel each tank constructed out of Carbon Steel. Two centrifugals will be installed on the unit for loading tanks, mixing, and for pressurizing the down-hole pump.
