NITROGEN PUMPING UNIT

NITROGEN PUMPING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

• The completed nitrogen unit will consist of two separate systems with the operation console in the center.
• The nitrogen pumping unit will consist of the following engine, hydraulic system, liquid nitrogen pump, nitrogen boost pump, water bath vaporizer, after cooler heating system, hydraulic heating system, coolant circulating pump, and all necessary valves and controls for normal operations.
  
  

HYDROLIC FRACTURING FLUID PUMPING SYSTEM

• The unit is comprised of a high-pressure pumping system, engine, automatic transmission, triplex pump, all required controls and instrumentation for normal operation.
• The hydrolic fracturing fluid handling system includes two displacement 20 barrel total capacity, 10 barrel each tank constructed out of Carbon Steel. Two centrifugals will be installed on the unit for loading tanks, mixing, and for pressurizing the down-hole pump.
