Trailer - Manifold - 8135
One (1) Tandem Trailer Mounted
The trailer mounted manifold unit is designed for frac operations with up to ten (10) frac units and two (2) blenders.
The low-pressure fluid will be connected together with hoses and the high-pressure side will have each manifold trailer connected at the wellhead.
The suction and discharge connections on this unit are installed as low as possible to allow easy access for job rig up.
This unit does not include any loose high-pressure iron or hoses. All loose iron shall be transported on the field iron truck. o Unit to be rated for the following:
High pressure rating - 15,000 PSI
Max flowrate - 70 BPM each
Low pressure bypass manifold flowrate - 80 BPM each
The manifold trailer is filled with fluid and pressure tested. It will be banded with certification, meeting the requirements of API (American Petroleum Institute)
